Benchmark Human Services in Indiana (Fort Wayne) seeks a Behavioral Health professional to provide documentation and direct behavioral services in home, work, and community settings. You will monitor, assess, and train staff in proactive strategies and supports.
The role requires a Master’s degree in an applied health services field and a valid driver’s license, with experience as a Behavior Consultant and the ability to work independently. Contract position with flexible scheduling is available.
