Job summary

Benchmark Human Services in Indiana is seeking a Behavior Consultant to support individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. You will document services, monitor and intervene, collect data, and participate in client meetings and psychiatric appointments.

Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology/Special Education/Social Work/Counseling, at least 1 year as an independent contractor, a valid driver’s license, and experience as a Behavior Consultant. Benchmark is an EOE/AAP employer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an applied Health Services field (Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling).
• 1 year experience working as an independent contractor.
• Valid driver's license. Experience as a Behavior Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports and data collection.
• Maintain billable criteria and collect objective client data.
• Complete functional assessments and attend client meetings and psychiatric appointments.
