Job summary

Jobtailor in Harrisburg, PA seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to perform client assessments, observe target behaviors, and collaborate with clients aged 2–21, their families, and other service providers to deliver coordinated ABA services.

You will develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) that identify and highlight child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths as well as opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Master's degree required.
Licensed in PA in one of: Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, CRNP with mental health, LCSW, LSW or Social Worker.
Or ABA oversight scope with BCaBA or other Bachelor's certification; or 1 year full-time ABA exp with 12 ABA credits; or 1 year ABA exp supervised by BCBA or equivalent with 40 hours ABA training; or PA Psychologist license with 1 year ABA exp and 40 hours ABA training.

Requirements

Master's degree
Licensed in this Commonwealth in one of the following: Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Social Worker (LSW), Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Or professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and at least one (1) of the following: BCaBA Certification or other Bachelors level certification; OR Minimum of one (1) year full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of twelve (12) credits in ABA; OR Minimum of one (1) year of full time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other Masters level certification in BA and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA; OR PA License as a Psychologist and have a minimum of one (1) year full time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours training related to ABA; OR

Demonstrates expertise in client assessments and the development of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) while collaborating effectively with clients, families, and service providers. Holds relevant licensure and certifications in mental health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
