Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a BCBA leader to guide a team of behavior technicians, develop individualized intervention plans, and deliver high-quality ABA therapy with families and clinicians.

You will collaborate with clinical directors and researchers, observe sessions in real time, adjust interventions when needed, and contribute to SprigLAB clinical research.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• BCBA qualification.
• Ability to lead behavior technicians and develop individualized intervention plans.
