Job summary

Therapy With Purpose LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate behavior coach to support clients and families in making progress toward behavioral goals. This role involves coaching in home and community settings, reinforcing treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team.

You will manage daily living skills, coping, and emotional regulation activities, while maintaining documentation and a weekly caseload of 12–15 clients, with flexible work-from-home options

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in behavioral health, behavior coaching, or a related helping field.
• Ability to meet applicable credentialing and onboarding requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance.
• Reliable transportation for assigned home and community visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior coaching in home and community settings, as assigned.
• Help clients practice coping, communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.
• Reinforce strategies outlined in each client’s treatment plan.
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team.
• Complete timely, accurate service documentation.
• Maintain a weekly active caseload of at least 12–15 clients.
