Job summary

Stepping Stones Behavior Guidance is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include intakes, assessments, developing plans, documenting patient information and treatment plans, wellness checks, and ensuring licensing standards are met. CPR certification and strong communication skills are required; organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a behavioral therapist or working with children preferred.
• Available 25+ hours weekly.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Perform regular wellness checks.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
