Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. The organization offers complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear path from BA to RBT, with a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Roles emphasize working with children with autism in homes, schools and communities, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to progress as PBS expands

Qualifications

• ABA experience in therapy, childcare or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, if required.
• Experience working with children with autism or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
