Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Virginia. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision and may enroll in our complimentary RBT training. A supportive, flexible, growth-focused environment is offered with opportunities for advancement and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
