Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Lansdale, PA. Part-time roles offer a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand, with mentoring and optional RBT training provided.

Roles include flexible scheduling, opportunities to advance to an RBT, and a quarterly bonus for consistent hours. Local travel and certifications may be required to meet state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.
• Roles may require licensure, credentialing and certification per state.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
