Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with the opportunity to enroll in complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
