Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Louisiana (Vidalia area) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, receive complimentary RBT training, and benefit from flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to an RBT role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
