Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Kaplan, LA, is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

The program offers complimentary RBT training and pathways to BCBA career goals. Work is 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement, travel with reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for those meeting

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
