Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings.

Positions are part-time with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. PBS offers complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and a structured growth path from Behavior Assistant to RBT, plus bonuses and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to engage clients, sit/stand transitions, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
