Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Louisiana. We offer a mentoring-driven environment with training to become an RBT and a clear growth path from BA to RBT while supporting families and children with autism.

Roles include 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Compensation includes quarterly bonuses and paid travel when applicable, with benefits for those working 30+

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
