Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism across home, school and community settings. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, under supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible scheduling and training opportunities are provided to advance to an RBT. We offer competitive pay, a quarterly bonus, paid travel/mileage, and comprehensive benefits once you reach 30+ hours per week, along with retirement and paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
