Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to join a supportive team serving children with autism.

Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentoring and advancement opportunities through internal training and a clear growth path to becoming an RBT. As a Behavior Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, help implement individualized plans, collect data, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.
• All roles subject to local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
