Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Florida. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with mentoring and access to complimentary RBT training.

You will work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally may be required; high school diploma required, psychology/education background a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
