Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism. Roles offer part‑time schedules with potential growth to full‑time as caseloads expand, plus funded RBT training and travel reimbursement where applicable.

You will join a supportive, flexible, growth‑focused team providing mentorship and advancement toward becoming an RBT, with options for paid holidays, sick time, and 401(k) matching as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and transport is required.
• ABA therapy or related field experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
