Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism using ABA techniques.

Part‑time roles offer pathways to full‑time as caseloads grow, with complimentary RBT training and advancement opportunities. Mentoring, a flexible work environment, and a progressive pay structure with annual raises are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field considered a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
