Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Flexible, part‑time schedules with growth to full‑time as caseloads grow, including complimentary RBT training and reimbursement for travel where applicable.

Roles involve 1:1 ABA sessions under a BCBA, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. A pathway to certification and advancement is emphasized in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; related degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility (up to 50 lbs).
• ABA therapy/childcare/education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
