Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

As a BA/RBT, you can enroll in complimentary RBT training, receive flexible scheduling, competitive pay with quarterly bonuses, and a clear career growth pathway. Some roles may require local travel; PBS provides mileage reimbursement and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
