Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Florida is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to grow into more advanced positions.

Roles are part-time with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand. PBS offers training to become an RBT, paid travel, health benefits for 30+ hours, and annual raises plus a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
