Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Michigan seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism. You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• High school diploma required; college degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
