Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Mountain View, CA. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand and local state licensure requirements are considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is welcomed.
• Commitment to working with children with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
