Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and pathways to become an RBT.

Roles include supporting children with autism using ABA approaches under supervision, with salary and benefits designed for growth. A strong work-life balance and training opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions; lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
