Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician roles in a part-time capacity with opportunities to grow as caseloads expand.

We offer complimentary RBT training, a supportive environment, and flexible scheduling. Roles involve ABA-based work with children, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
