Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
