Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Roles offer part-time schedules with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Opportunity to enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue advancement to BCBA. Competitive pay with benefits for 30+ hours per week where applicable, plus mileage reimbursement and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children with autism.
• Background in childcare, education, or related field highly regarded.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
