Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Nashville, TN is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join a supportive, growth-focused team. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA under supervision and receive paid training to become an RBT.

Part-time roles offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a clear pathway to full-time progression as caseloads expand, with travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further degree a plus
• Willingness to travel locally if required
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
