Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in North Carolina. The positions involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans, and collecting progress data with PBS tools.

Travel locally may be required. PBS offers training to become an RBT, a career growth pathway from BA to RBT, and benefits including holiday pay, retirement, and health coverage

Qualifications

High school diploma required; BA in psychology, education or related field a plus.
Active engagement with clients and families during sessions.
Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
