Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Ridgewood, NJ is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools and communities.

These part-time roles offer mentorship, paid training to become an RBT, flexible scheduling, and clear paths for advancement as caseloads expand, with opportunities for annual raises and bonuses based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
