Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) in Gibbstown, NJ, seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles offer complimentary training to become an RBT, a supportive growth-focused environment, and a clear pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT as PBS helps children with autism thrive in homes, schools and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
