Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT path roles in South Carolina. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with comprehensive training and supervision to support your BCBA-verified career.

You’ll work with children with autism using ABA techniques and have the chance to enroll in our complimentary RBT training. We offer a supportive environment with mentoring, pay raises, and a clear career growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
