Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in South Carolina. Flexible part-time schedules with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage with children and families in a professional manner.
• Willingness to travel locally if required and meet licensure/credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
