Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Manning, SC is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles on a part-time basis with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and implement ABA strategies while collecting progress data.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid RBT training, travel reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and a growth pathway from BA to RBT with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and follow BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
