Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lilburn, Georgia. These are part-time positions with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• All roles subject to local requirements related to licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
