Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant or Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision. These roles offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a pathway to becoming an RBT, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, and generous benefits for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients, travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
