Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, using ABA strategies, and progressing through an RBT pathway.

The team offers warm training opportunities, flexible scheduling, pay raises, quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits after 40 hours. Travel and collaboration with families are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and move between sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
