Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in the Tennessee area.

Positions offer flexible scheduling with the potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow, and a pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT through complimentary training. Role involves working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA-based treatment plans under supervision, and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions; lift 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus
• Ability to sit on the floor, transition between sitting/standing, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
