Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential in Tennessee. PBS offers complimentary RBT training, mentoring, and opportunities to advance to an RBT as caseloads expand.

Roles support children with autism in homes, schools, and communities, with a focus on quality service. We provide flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a clear growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist mobility up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
