Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in Tennessee. Positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• BA role requires ABA therapy experience or related fields.
• Requires ability to engage children with autism during sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
