Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school and community settings.

You will receive complimentary RBT training, travel locally if needed, and a clear advancement path from BA to RBT. PBS emphasizes a flexible schedule, paid holidays, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
