Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience or interest in ABA, childcare, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Record and track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
