Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is currently seeking both entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Maryland.

Roles offer flexible scheduling with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, plus a pathway from BA to RBT through complimentary RBT training. Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA sessions, implementing plans under supervision, data collection, and coordinating with families and clinical staff to support client

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
