Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Cheney, WA is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant or Experienced RBT candidates to support children with autism through 1:1 ABA-based sessions and data collection under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
