Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand and you complete training.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for those averaging 25+ hours, holiday pay, a career growth pathway to become an RBT, and paid 40-hour RBT training.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; related degree a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
