Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The organization offers training to become an RBT, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and a clear growth path from BA to RBT.

Roles emphasize working 1:1 with children using ABA, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision. Local licensure requirements apply where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
