Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Springfield, MO is hiring for entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles. Positions are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, and PBS offers complimentary training to become an RBT.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing plans, data collection, and communication with families and teams. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, psychology/education background a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, sit/stand transitions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
