Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to work with children with autism in a flexible, part-time role.

Roles offer a pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a supportive, growth-focused environment. Local travel may be required with opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliability, willingness to travel locally, and ability to engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
