Job summary

PBS is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling, growth potential, and access to complimentary RBT training.

40-hour training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to RBT roles and a quarterly bonus for substantial hours. Roles are part-time initially with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and travel may be required locally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's in Psychology or Education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
